The lighting surrounding Nash Texas City Hall has been changed to alternating red and blue lights to honor local police officers and firefighters for National Night Out on October 3.
We spoke to Nash City Administrator Doug Bowers who told us,
We replace the lights on the front of City Hall with alternating red and blue lights to honor our area police officers and fire fighters for “Nash”ional Night Out. With respect to our NNO, the Nash Public Works, Fire and Police Departments coordinate a city-wide block party with local businesses and service providers to provide an opportunity to work together and get to know our neighbors in the spirit of unity and friendship.
