We would really love to see the 2019 Veterans Day Parade be one of the biggest and best ever. So all area organizations, schools, churches, clubs or businesses are invited to participate in downtown Texarkana on Saturday, November 9 at 11:00 am.
The Texarkana Area Veterans Council (TAVC) is proud to announce that it will be hosting the annual “Veterans Day Parade” on Saturday, November 9, 2019 beginning at 11:00 am. For 2019 the parade theme will be “American Legion – 100 Years”.
The parade will begin at the intersection of East Broad and Hazel Streets. The call is out to any and all that would like to participate and show appreciation for our veterans. To participate call 870.773.8279, or email USMCGreg@aol.com.
