In a season when so many of the large traditional events are being canceled or completely reorganized due to pandemic restrictions, we are really looking forward to this month’s Second Saturday Trade Days at the 1894 Gallery in downtown Texarkana, Saturday, November 14 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This one is going to be great.

On Saturday, November 14,  come share some socially distanced joy of the seasons with a huge collection of Nutcrackers on display with many for sale. Arts, crafts, and more. We hear Santa will also be there that afternoon.

    Facebook Event Page:

Please join us for Trade Days! We will also have a huge Nutcracker Display in the Gallery, The Texarkana Community Ballet will join us from 10-12 and Santa will be here 1:00-2:30!!!

There will be over 200 Nutcrackers and wooden sculptures for sale ranging in price from $15-$150

You can check out Olive St Vintiques upstairs and view amazing art! The featured artist this month is Judy Wright Walter!

Make plans to attend, too much great stuff to miss it!!

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
