The Cities of Texarkana Texas and Arkansas are launching a city-wide Scavenger Hunt in conjunction with Small Business Saturday on November 26, 2022. Throughout Texarkana, Texas participating locally-owned businesses will be home to hidden elves, find one, scan the QR code and you could be a big winner!
