The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has issued a B.O.L.O. (Be on the Look Out) for information to find 17-year-old Spencer Martin.
Spencer was last seen leaving the UofA – Texarkana Campus with a female companion in her car around 1:00 pm on Wednesday October 11. The vehicle is identified as a black Dodge Charger with chrome wheels and chrome bumper.
Spencer is described as a white male, 17-years-old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police do not believe that Martin is in any grave danger but want to be sure.
