The Dragons return on Saturday, April 29 for the Second Annual Dragon Boat Festival at Bringle Lake Park in Texarkana, Texas to benefit the programs of Hands on Texarkana.

Texarkana Dragon Boat Festival is team-building at it’s finest! Dragon boat racing is the ultimate team sport. Everyone involved in this wonderful community event experiences a world of benefits. Paddlers experience teamwork at its best. Spectators are entertained and inspired by activities showcasing Bringle Lake Park in Texarkana, Texas. The dragon boat race in Texarkana will be held on Bringle Lake. This family-friendly event will include local and regional teams coming together to race against each other in a series of heats.

The event will be on April 29, 2017 and will begin at 9 am and conclude around approximately 4 pm. Spectators are encouraged to come to the festival with their lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the festivities.

Food vendors and music will keep the event lively for all throughout the day.
