Seems that reports on social media are true and the Sonic Drive-In on New Boston Road has permanently closed.
We called other Sonic Stores and Lake Drive said the New Boston Road Store was open, the young ladies that answered the phone at two other stores did not know. So, went to Google for the number and the listing notes that the hours for that location are “Permanently Closed”. I noticed on the screenshot, that I haven’t been there in two years… That don’t seem right, but maybe.
