The auto parade will be at 2:00 p.m. and the main parade begins at 3:00 p.m. with Pelican 212 leading it off. The band will then perform on front St in the plaza area directly after the parade until 5:00 pm.

Event Organizer Deanna O’Malley adds,

This is Texarkana’s 5th Mardi Gras and it has always been family friendly and one of the most successful events we have. We hope families will continue to come out and have fun and hope more than anything the weather will continue to cooperate with us to make it a great day for everyone.
