Texarkana Texas Municipal Court Announces Amnesty Program for Outstanding Warrants

If you have an outstanding warrant from the Texarkana, Texas Municipal Court, now is the time to take care of it. The court has announced its Amnesty Program, running from Monday, February 3, through Thursday, April 17, 2025.

This limited-time opportunity allows individuals with outstanding warrants to resolve them without the risk of arrest. By paying the warrant in full, residents can have it recalled and avoid additional fines or legal consequences.

    How to Participate

    • Payments must be made in person at the Texas Pay Fine Window on the first floor of the Bi-State Justice Building (100 N. State Line, Texarkana, Texas).
    • Accepted payment methods: Cash, money orders, or debit/credit cards (with a processing fee).
    • Not accepted: Checks or online payments.
    • Payments can be made Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

    Why Act Now?

Once the April 17 deadline passes, unresolved warrants could result in arrest, additional fines, and even jail time. This program provides residents with a chance to settle legal issues before facing harsher penalties.

For more information or to check on a Class C misdemeanor warrant, contact the Texarkana, Texas Municipal Court at:
    (903) 798-3009
    (903) 798-3010
    (903) 798-3790

This is a great opportunity to clear up outstanding warrants—don’t wait until it’s too late!

If you have outstanding issues with the Texarkana, Arkansas District Court, get details on their amnesty program HERE.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
