    Texarkana Woman Arrested After Striking and Killing Boyfriend with Motor Vehicle

    D.P.S. Troopers arrested and booked Tammy Dawn Tholl, 42, of Texarkana into the Bowie County Jail. She is charged with Intoxicated Manslaughter, a 2nd degree felony after allegedly striking and killing her boyfriend with her car. 

    DPS Press Release:

    Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers responded to a Vehicle vs. Pedestrian Hit-n-Run crash in Bowie County.

    On 9-27-17 at approximately 10:48 p.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) was notified of a crash involving a pedestrian on Country Paradise Circle where the driver had left the scene.

    The driver, Tammy Dawn Tholl, a 42 year old female of Texarkana, was located soon after at a residence near Meadows and Tracola by DPS.

    Mark Anthony Murray, boyfriend of the suspect, was transported to Wadley Hospital where he later died from his injuries.

    The driver was taken into custody without incident and was booked into Bowie County Jail. Tammy Dawn Tholl was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter, 2nd degree felony.
