Due to the weather, organizers for Texarkana’s 2024 Black History Parade have rescheduled all events to Saturday, February 24, 2024. The MLK Parade was canceled in January due to weather also, so make plans to participate in these upcoming events.
Well, with scheduling, this year’s Black History Parade will be on February 24 in downtown.

Parade starts promptly at 2:00 PM on Broad Street near Hazel Street.
Line-up will begin at 12:30 PM on Broad Street. Parade Marshals will be on hand to assist.
