    Texarkana’s Annual ‘Touch-A-Truck’ Event Scheduled for Saturday April 1

    The annual “Touch-A-Truck” event for Texarkana takes place this Saturday morning April 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Front Street Plaza in downtown Texarkana. With lots of activities for the kids and of course, lots of BIG trucks, Emergency Responder Vehicles, and so much more to see and touch!

    The Touch a Truck event helps the Junior League of Texarkana support its mission & community projects.

    Festivities kick off Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. with the Touch a Truck 5K & 1-mile Fun Run and then at 9:00 a.m. spectators are able to see touch and learn about big rigs, construction equipment, Emergency Vehicles, and more. There will be face-painting, bounce houses, safety demonstrations and entertainment for the entire family.
