Texas A&M Texarkana Student Receives Negative COVID-19 Results


The student that had been in quarantine out of concerns that they had come in contact with the COVID-19 virus. The University released a statement that the student had tested negative for the virus.

In a Texas A&M Media Release:

We are happy to share the news that our student who was being tested for COVID-19 has received a negative test result. We’re all aware that the national and international concern over COVID-19 is an evolving situation, and university officials will continue to monitor the situation in the coming days and weeks. We will take any steps necessary to ensure the safety of our Eagle family.
