Texas Music Legend Gary P. Nunn to Appear at Scottie’s Grill August 26

Texas music legend, Gary P. Nunn, will be at Scottie’s Grill in Texarkana on Saturday, August 26. The Cosmic Cowboy and Lost Gonzo Band founder will perform his hit songs made famous by the likes of David Allen Coe, Jerry Jeff Walker, and Willie Nelson.

Gary P. Nunn will be appearing at Scottie’s Grill, 8400 W. 7th Street on Saturday, August 26 from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at Scottie’s or are available online by clicking here.

Many would say the Nunn’s biggest hit was “London Homesick Blues“, the rolling credit theme for “Austin City Limits”, but Gary talks about his song “Last Thing I Needed First Thing This Morning” and how Willie Nelson made it a hit for him in 1982, and about Chris Stapleton recently recording the song for his album “For a Room: Volume 1“.
