The 33rd Annual downtown Christmas Parade took place on Monday, December 4 and even with the threat of rain the crowds were out in full force to welcome everyone’s favorite elf, Santa Claus.
The threat of weather caused officials to cancel the special activities planned for Front Street Plaza, but the parade went off with only an occasional sprinkle.
