The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has released further information in the investigation of Shane Jones, 31, of Texarkana Arkansas. Jones is charged with criminal voyeurism and video voyeurism after the Texarkana Texas Police Department investigated a complaint of invasive video recording inside the restroom of the Texarkana J.C. Penny store.
New information indicates that Jones has confessed to videoing several boys in a restroom at Trinity Christian School in Texarkana, Arkansas. Investigators believe additional charges could be forthcoming.

On November 27, 2017, the Texarkana, Texas Police Department investigated a complaint of Invasive Video Recording inside the JC Penny store in Central Mall. Texarkana, Arkansas detectives were made aware of the discovery and information learned during the investigation lead detectives to seize Jones’s work computer and all digital devices in his home.
Jones was interviewed by Detective David Parker and confessed to videoing several boys in the boys restroom of Trinity Christian School, where Jones was employed as a teacher. Detective Parker obtained an arrest warrant to charge Jones with Voyeurism and Video Voyeurism. Jones was arrested and booked into the Miller County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges could be forthcoming.
