The dog at the center of the Animal Abuse investigation spurred by the viral video spreading on Facebook has been ordered seized by Texarkana Texas Municipal Court Judge Sherry Jackson and she a court hearing on November 28 at 11:00 a.m. to decide where Lady, the 6-month-old Pit Bull in the video will be placed.
Police are currently searching for LeGus Holloway, 69, of Texarkana Texas. A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Holloway for abusing the 6-month-old Pit Bull puppy, known as “Lady”.

Lady, the six month old pit bull puppy that was the subject of video in which she was attacked by a man late last week, has been ordered seized pending the outcome of a court hearing later this month.
After reviewing the case, Texarkana Texas Municipal Court Judge Sherry Jackson ordered the dog seized today and set a court hearing on November 28 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bi-State Criminal Justice Center. After hearing testimony, Judge Jackson will decide whether or not it is in the best interest of the dog to be permanently removed from the owner’s care.
The dog has been receiving treatment for a broken leg at a local veterinarian clinic since Sunday. She is expected to make a full recovery.
We continue to investigate this crime and search for LeGus Holloway, 69, of Texarkana Texas, for whom a felony arrest warrant has been issued for Cruelty of Non-Livestock Animals.
