    Texarkana Texas Police have arrested and charged Elexis Davis, 18, of Texarkana Arkansas, and Christofer Coleman-Pearson, 19, of Texarkana Texas with Burglary. Davis also caught a charge for Possession of Dangerous Drugs.

Goesl Endowment, for a total of $79,107.00 was presented to area recipients on Thursday at a gathering at the Texarkana Regional Arts Center.
