    An 18-year-old Texarkana man has been arrested and charged with rape. The Miller County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian Lane Pond, 18, on a charge of Rape. The age of the alleged victim is under 14 years of age.

    Suspect Arrested After Fleeing and Leaving Small Child on Pavement

    The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has arrested Kenneth Brooks, 24, for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Amphetamine and Clonazepam)  2 counts, Fleeing, and endangering the welfare of a minor. Brooks left a 16-month-old child on the pavement when he ran from police.
