    Texarkana Texas Police are investigating an armed robbery of the Exxon convenience store at 3400 New Boston Road. The suspect was armed with a pocket knife and fled on foot with a small amount of cash.

    Drug Bust Results in Three Arrests and Seizure of Narcotics

    Weed, Ecstasy, and Xanax are some of the drugs seized in a drug bust on College Drive in Texarkana, Texas. Three men, Jonathan Matlock, 21, Christopher Hurd, 21, and Sonya Hopkins, 18 have been arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and two counts of Possession of Controlled Substances. Hurd was also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and outstanding warrants.

    The Texarkana Texas Police Department reports they are investigating two shootings that occurred just before midnight on Sunday. One victim was reported as a juvenile, and the other 18 years of age. Both victims were treated and released from local hospitals.
