    Police Seeking Suspected Counterfeiters

The Texarkana Texas Police are seeking information that may lead to identifying these suspects believed to have passed counterfeit money at Walmart stores in Texarkana Texas, Texarkana Arkansas, Hope, Mt. Pleasant, Atlanta, and Sulphur Springs within days of each other.

    TTPD Media Release:

On October 7th, these three people went into the Walmart Supercenter at 4000 New Boston Road and made several hundred dollars in purchases using counterfeit money. As we investigated it, we learned that they did the same thing at stores in Texarkana Arkansas, Mt. Pleasant, Atlanta, and Sulphur Springs within days of each other. They were even wearing the exact same clothes in some of the surveillance videos from those stores as they were when they did it here. They all got into the dark colored vehicle that you see in the last picture and left together.

We don’t know that they are from the Texarkana area but are hopeful that someone will know exactly who they are and will let us know. If you recognize any of them, please call us at 903-798-3116 or Texarkana Area Crimestoppers at 903-793-STOP. Please help us spread the word by sharing this post and their pictures.

    Hope PD Media Release:

On 10/08/2018, a black male and two black females (unknown identity) passed $620 (42 bills) of counterfeit money at Wal-Mart in Hope, AR. It appears that all three subjects took items into Wal-Mart and received a refund, then purchased more items using the counterfeit bills. All of the bills were either twenty dollar bills or ten dollar bills. The Hope Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying the three subjects.
If you have information on the identity of these subjects please contact Detective Eric Green of the Hope Police Department at 870-722-2563. Thank You in Advance
