The excitement is rolling into day two of the Four States Fair & Rodeo, and Saturday, April 4 is shaping up to be a full day of family fun, high-octane action, and live entertainment.
As part of Texarkana Emergency Center & Hospital Weekend, fairgoers can take advantage of one of the most popular deals of the event—$35 unlimited ride bands on the North American Midway. Gates open at 12:00 p.m., giving visitors all afternoon to enjoy everything from classic carnival rides to the latest thrill attractions.
The energy shifts into high gear later in the day with one of the fair’s most anticipated events—the Demolition Derby. Arena doors open at 4:00 p.m., with the action kicking off at 5:00 p.m. Fans can expect roaring engines, crashing metal, and crowd-pleasing chaos as drivers battle it out until only one vehicle is left standing. Admission to the derby is the same as fair entry and includes access to the midway after the show.
As the sun sets, the entertainment continues on the Outdoor Stage. At 7:30 p.m., Anthony Price will perform live, providing the perfect soundtrack to a spring evening at the fair. The concert is included with gate admission.
Admission for the fair is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12, and free for kids 5 and under. Parking is available on-site at the fairgrounds.
With a full slate of rides, live music, and demolition derby action, Saturday at the fair offers something for all ages as one of Texarkana’s most cherished traditions continues.
