T.A.P.D. recently arrested Duane Galbreth,48, of Texarkana Arkansas and charged him with Possession of controlled substance-cocaine, Possession of a controlled substance prescription medication, possession of 1 stolen firearm. Galbreth was also charged with Simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and theft by receiving-firearm.
