The employees of the Whataburger store on New Boston Road in Texarkana Texas felt something wasn’t right about a 79-year-old man and a 13-year-old girl that was dining there. They called the police and that is exactly what saved this youngster. Big props to the crew that morning!

It is Four States Fair time in Texarkana with the 78th annual Fair & Rodeo beginning Friday, March 31 at the Four States Fairgrounds in Texarkana, Arkansas. Monster Trucks kick it off on that Friday, Demo Derby, and of course the midway fun and games.
