    A Texarkana Texas Fire Department employee has been placed on administrative leave after sharing a racially charged comment on his personal Facebook Page. Upon learning of the post City Officials were quick to act and will be completely transparent with the public in further actions against the unidentified employee.

    Bowie County reports a total of 134 positive COVID-19 cases, with 84 recoveries and 12 related deaths. Cass County has a total 29 cases with 20 recoveries.42 positive cases, Miller County reports 42 positive cases, 41 recoveries, and 1 death.

    Texarkana Father and Son Arrested for Sexual Assualt of a Child

    The Texarkana Texas Police Department has arrested and charged a Texarkana father and son with the continued Sexual Assualt of a Child. David Fant, 56, and Hayden Fant, 19, both of Texarkana, Texas are currently in Bi-State Jail. The victim is a seven-year-old relative of the two men. No bail has been set.
