The Texarkana Texas Police have arrested Tomas Abebe, 22, and Urael Tedros, 21, both of Seattle Washington, after they used homemade credit cards to withdraw money from local ATMs on January 21.

The 16th Annual Phantom Ball to benefit Temple Memorial Rehabilitation Center takes place on Saturday, January 26 at Northridge Country Club. The theme for the 2019 Ball is “Dancing with the Stars”.
