The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of Crystal Reed, 35, who has been reported as a missing person.
On Friday, March 3, the fire that caused major damage to the Historic Cedar Grove Church in Genoa Arkansas is reported to have been an act of arson by Miller County Fire Marshal Garry Sumner.

The Texarkana Texas Police have arrested a woman and charged her with 3 counts of child endangerment after a child was thrown from her vehicle in an accident on Stateline Avenue. Investigators were able to determine that all told, 3 children were in her vehicle at the time of the wreck with no seatbelts or child restraint seats.
The Redwater Volunteer Fire Department battled an early morning blaze with assistance from neighboring volunteer fire departments. Nobody was seriously injured in the blaze, but the family lost everything. Firefighters have compiled a list of things the family needs.
Miller County Deputies were investigating a theft, when they found two suspects trying to hide. One man was hiding under a bed, and the other under a couch. Brian Mudd, 36, and Tobey McCarley, 39, were arrested and each are facing multiple charges.
