    A Saturday accident on interstate 30, just past the Mandeville exit involved a semi-truck traveling in the Eastbound lane that crashed into a concrete barrier and caught fire. The blaze shut down the highway most of the day and backed traffic up as far as Stateline Avenue in Texarkana.
