The Miller County Sheriff’s Office reports that they were able to locate and arrest Richard S. Hargrove, 33, of Miller County. The suspect is currently in the Miller County Detention Center awaiting arraignment on charges of Battery 1 st Degree, a Class B Felony, and Domestic
Battery 3 rd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. Additional charges are pending.
