    Texarkana Arkansas Police have identified the man found deceased at Foxcreek Apartments this morning. The body of Earnest Jackson, 40, of Chicago Illinois, was discovered this morning. Investigators believe this may have been homicide.

    The Texarkana Texas Police Department is searching for Mr. Michael Bolding of Texarkana, Texas. He was last known to be driving his white 2010 Chevrolet Suburban with Texas license plate 8DV3651. Please share, his family is concerned for his safety.
