    Graco will be recalling more than 25,000 car seats over safety concerns with harness webbing that could break in the event of a crash. The recall affects select models of the My Ride 65 convertible car seats that were manufactured during the summer of 2014 and sold in the U.S.

    S.W.A.T. Team Responds to Armed Suspect Barricaded in Local Hotel Room

    The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department SWAT team responded to the Ambassador Inn on Stateline Avenue Tuesday night. Officer initially responded to a welfare call and found that the situation had quickly escalated to a shots fired situation. One suspect was arrested and faces multiple charges.

    Missing Texarkana Man Found Safe in Baton Rouge

    The family of Harry Parker, 74, of Texarkana, Texas report that their father has been found safe at a hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Parker had left his home Sunday morning to go to the riverboats in Shreveport and Bossier and never returned home.

    The Texarkana Texas Police Department is seeking information that may lead to the location of Harry Parker, 74, of Texarkana, Texas. Family report that he left to go to Sam’s Town in Shreveport on Sunday morning and has not been seen or heard from since.

    An 18-wheeler hauling watermelons was making the turn onto St. Michael Drive from Richmond Road when it is believed the load shifted rolling the big rig over onto it’s side blocking traffic while officials cleaned up the mess.
