T.J. Henderson went to social media with his story of his dog being euthanized in the Texarkana Animal Shelter, while he was working to reclaim his friend “Woody”. T.J. is mentally handicapped and was heart broken over the loss of Woody, when our friends at A & B Animal Rescue of Southwest Arkansas stepped in with “Wolfie”.
The new A.D.A. Play Area at Grady T. Wallace Park are bringing some huge smiles to local children. The Texarkana Texas Parks and Recreation Department have completed the installation of the special playground equipment and local kids, like Abel Feutral are LOVING it!

The Liberty Eylau Fire Department responded to a call of a vehicle fire around 10:30 p.m. Friday night at Oil Field Road and Stipp Lane. The vehicle was unattended at the time of the fire, and was noticed and reported by a passerby.
