    Our Texarkana area law enforcement agencies will be welcoming a very special honorary officer on Thursday, February 24 in front of the downtown Federal Building. 10-year-old Devarjaye “D.J.” Daniel is battling terminal brain and spine cancer and originally set out to become an honorary officer of 100 law enforcement agencies.
