    Police Identify Remains of Woman Found in Ditch on Arkansas Boulevard

    The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has identified the remains found in the drainage ditch near the EZ Mart Store on Jefferson Avenue and Arkansas Boulevard as Judy Martin, 55, of Texarkana, Arkansas. An investigation into her death continues.
