The Miller County Sheriff’s Office reports that they were able to locate and arrest Richard S. Hargrove, 33, of Miller County. The suspect is currently in the Miller County Detention Center awaiting arraignment on charges of Battery 1 st Degree, a Class B Felony, and Domestic
Battery 3 rd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. Additional charges are pending.

The Texarkana Texas Police has made an arrest in a hit & run in the Super 1 Parking lot that left an elderly woman with serious injuries. Lorin Molina, 26, for leaving the scene of an accident involving serious bodily injury. Her bond has been set at $40,000.

Texarkana Police have arrested Brian Owens, 31, after he crashed into a TTPD Patrol Vehicle driven by officer Landon Simmons. Officer Simmons was treated at TEC and released. Owens has been charged with DWI and was booked into the Bi-State Jail.
