    A ton of work went into finding a home for RX Med in Prescott Arkansas, but in the end, the deal just couldn’t be done. Even with letters objecting to the move from a Senator, and a State Representative. The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission voted unanimously to let the company relocate the license to the old Electric Cowboy building in Texarkana, Arkansas.

    Stepmother in Child Abuse Case now Charged with Capital Murder

    The Texarkana Arkansas Police report that McKenna Cawley, 26, of Texarkana Arkansas has now been charged with Capital Murder in the death of 3-year-old McKinely Cawley. The father, Everette Cawley has been charged with 2 counts of permitting the abuse of a minor.

    3-year-old Texarkana Girl Dies from Child Abuse Injuries

    The little 3-year-old baby girl that was flown to Children’s Hospital in Little Rock with injuries suffered at the hands of her stepmother McKenna Belcher Cawley, 26 and father Everette Cawley, 23, has died. The couple arrested in Texarkana will now face more charges.
