It is being reported that a Simms Texas house was leveled by an early morning explosion and tell us that two people were injured in the blast and have been transferred from Christus St. Michael’s in Texarkana to a burn center in Plano, Texas.

The senate has passed a bill, by a vote of 27 to 4, to end mandatory vehicle inspections in the State of Texas. The law will take effect in March of 2018 and change the law that has been in place since 1951.
