Kathy Zwirnmann is the founder of The Warehouse Ministry located at 303 Lake Drive in Texarkana, Texas, a 501 (c) 3 organization to help those in need. She leads a group of volunteers in an area-wide effort to help “Pay it Forward” and is a true hometown hero.
Charges against local Pawn Shop owner William Duffer have been dismissed. Duffer was arrested and charged in an alleged murder for hire plot in June of 2016. Mr. Duffer has been cleared of all of the charges that Miller County prosecutors had brought against him.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is investigating a Wednesday morning robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank location in the 1700 block of New Boston Road. After robbing the bank the thief made his getaway on a bicycle.
