The Texarkana Texas Police have arrested two people from the shooting/stabbing at the Westlawn Apartments across the street from Westlawn Elementary School.
The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department in a joint operation with the Miller County Sheriff’s Office, The U.S. Marshals Service and the F.B.I. identified 26 suspects involved with a major methamphetamine syndidcate.
