The Fuqua family has created a Scholarship at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana with a preference for the scholarship given to students pursuing a degree in Funeral Services.

The Bowie County Sheriff’s Office reports that ADC inmate Randy L. Baker, 37, will be facing aggravated assault/death charges in the killing of a fellow ADC inmate while both were being housed in the Bowie County Annex Jail located at 105 West Front Street Texarkana, Texas.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department reports that the U.S. Marshals have arrested Alana Coleman, 38, a suspect in the Texarkana 2012 murder of Donald Ray Morris at the Redwood Apartments on 7th Street.
