The Texarkana Texas Police Department reports that the SWAT team had to be called in after a stand-off with Andrew Brown, 40, of Texarkana, Texas. Brown eventually surrendered to authorities and was charged with Assault-Family Violence.

Texarkana Arkansas Police had originally charged Jason Stewart, 18, with domestic battery in the first degree for the shooting of 20-year-old Kayla Keatts. The victim succumbed to her injuries and charges have now been upgraded to Murder.

The hackers claim to have also downloaded all of the data stored by Verdaka Inc.. We reached out to Wadley Hospital for comment.
