Heather Rose, 38, of Texarkana, Arkansas, was arrested this afternoon for alleged Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student. Rose is a former employee of the Pleasant Grove Independent School District. She was booked into the Bi-State Jail and released after posting a $40,000 personal recognizance bond set by the judge.

A Tuesday afternoon collision between an SUV and a Motorcycle claimed the life of Scott Story, 45, and his passenger on the bike Heidi Flemming-Anthony, 43, is currently in critical condition. The Occupants of the SUV were transported to a local hospital and their condition is unknown at this time. The accident is under investigation.

The two little girls at the center of yesterday’s Amber Alert from Atlanta Texas have been found and are now safe at home with their mother. Alex Arwood, 11, and Tru Speratos, 1, were reported missing along with their aunt Christine Nikole Rich, 33. Rich has been arrested and charged with 2 counts of kidnapping and 2 counts of child endangerment.
