Arrangements have been made for the funeral services of slain Miller County Corrections Officer Lisa Mauldin. Mauldin died from her injuries in an attack by an inmate at the Miller County Detention Center on Sunday.

The Ark-La-Tex 100 Club has stepped forward to assist the family of slain Miller County Corrections Officer Lisa Mauldin, with a donation of $15,000 to aid with any needs the family may have. C.O. Lisa Maulding was killed on Sunday at the Miller County Detention Center.

A local 14-year-old boy was critically injured in an accidental shooting on Monday night. The teen was airlifted to LSU Medical Center in Shreveport in critical condition. The incident is under investigation.

Tramell Hunter, 27, is the inmate accused of attacking two female correctional officers at the Miller County Detention Center. One officer died from her injuries and another is in serious condition at a hospital in Little Rock. Hunter appeared this morning before Miller County Judge Wren Autrey.
